MODEL DESCRIPTION
Centurions are mid ranking officers of a legion, each leading a company of 100 men. The role of these veterans is to enforce orders, maintain discipline and inspire the men under their command.

As the legions are the backbone of the empire, so are the Centurions the backbone of the legions, and it is upon their shoulders that the empire rests.

Centurions drill their troops constantly to hear and execute their orders, thereby enabling them to effectively issue orders to units at double the usual range.

They are also able to call upon the dead ancestors of the legion to witness their struggle, inspiring their troops to greater deeds.

Through many battles and strategic training the Centurion has learned how to counteract the strategems of enemies, and can therefore nullify enemy tactics in play.

In addition to his useful abilities, the Centurion is also a great melee fighter who is heavily armored and consequently difficult to take down.

The Centurion constitutes a flexible warlord who can be used both in melee and in a support function.

MODEL DESCRIPTION
The great masters of the Ordo Mortificarum have risen from the ranks of the Necromagi, and each is personally ordained by the emperor as a Mortifex.

Such individuals have spent so much time among the dead that they shun the living, and the soul of the Mortifex is so steeped in undeath, delving into the dimensions of the afterlife, that their bodies begin to decay and they are no longer living beings.

Mortifexes are not mere esoteric recluses; they are battle-hardened mages, and are consequently able to cast spells even in melee. Such exalted individuals are always accompanied by followers who will step in the way of incoming blows.

As the Mortifex destroys an enemy, he is able to energize himself, expanding his consciousness, gaining access to special talents he has burned into his unconsciousness.

These warlords are designed to lead warbands of undead. For best results they should be surrounded with units of Legio Mortum and backed up by Molochs.

Their spells and Ancestral Rites abilities increase the effectiveness and resilience of all undead models in the warband.

MODEL DESCRIPTION
All Technocrats are members of the Conclavus Segreta, educated in a grueling regime of studies including mathematics, alchemy, ceramics, clockworks, civil engineering, and mechanics.

Upon completion, they are commissioned as officers of the military arm of the Technostratum known as the Ingenium Militorum, supporting the legions with technological weaponry.

The Technocrat can support from a forward position together with the skirmishers or from the rear with the war-machines, and he is equipped with a good many useful devices to aid his work in both capacities.

Technocrats wear coats of treated leathers sewn with ceramic plates to guard against acid and fire. On their heads they wear goggles and a filter mask to protect from poisonous gas weapons.

The mechanical knowledge of the Technocrat allows him to fine-tune the machinery around him to perform with more precision. They are also extremely experienced in calculating distances, trajectories, and velocities and can improve war-machine crews' accuracy; the Technocrat's hand signals even allow war-machines to bombard enemies they cannot see.

Before the battle, the Technocrat has his men mark out the chosen battlefield with painted stones which provide war-machine crews reference points for their shooting. During the battle he can also issue poisonous chemicals which melee units can coat their weapons with.
