MODEL DESCRIPTION
There is wild, then there are Feral Trolls, and then there is the Feral Hammerfist - a creature so savage that it preys on other Troglodytes; a creature so frenzied that it never stops leaping around save to eat, a creature so brutal that it kills by ripping its enemies limbs off.

Hammerfists are closely related to Grayhorns in that they both derive from the same source - the deranged Trolloth driven mad during the zenith of the Red Sun.

Trolloth hunt and capture Hammerfists to use in their armies. Several years of training makes them somewhat manageable, at least enough to ensure that they charge the enemy not their masters once released from their bonds.

Hammerfists do not wield weapons, their fists are weapons! In fact Trolloth forge metal cestus which they nail into the Hammerfists hands to make his punch even harder.

Occasionally they also rivet metal plates onto their thick, leathery hides.

An effective method of attack with the Hammerfist is to plough him into a group of enemies and bowl them over using his Rumble tactic, then follow that with a Fleshpounder or a unit to make short work of the knocked-down enemies.

MODEL DESCRIPTION
Upon the elemental Plane of Shadow are intelligent beings and also non-sentient shadow creatures which are much akin to animals in the Material Plane. Other beings are primal vestiges from the earliest age, enigmatic even to Shadow Trolls. One of these is the so-called Lighteater.

Such entities do not belong on the Material Plane and represent a grave danger, for their ethereal nature gives them great invulnerability to physical attacks, and their claws can slip through armor and bone to rip at the heart of their foe.

Troglodytes living on the Material Plane often summon such beings to perform in religious festivals, or to employ in assassinations and terror campaigns.

So fleeting are the Lighteaters that they have a potential maximum movement of 21 inches per turn!

One of their greatest advantages is their tactic of casting shadows which block enemy charges and hamper shooters.

With 13 life-points and the Ethereal ability Lighteaters can survive well in a regular melee, but they should be shielded from enemies with magical attacks and enchanted weapons.

MODEL DESCRIPTION
Just by the mere fact that they have survived many battles, Packlashers are renowned heroes among the tribe, accorded the finest food, the best armor and many wives.

They are appointed by the Grondagh Filthling based upon their outstanding cunning and obsequious promises of support. The appointment is accompanied by the presentation of their badge of office - a long leather whip.

The Packlasher is a renowned and charismatic (by Gnoll standards) individual who can tell many tales of dangerous exploits, so it is natural that his presence inspires those around him.

It is common for Gnolls to panic for little or no reason. The steadying presence of a Packlasher can often give them pause to reconsider, but sometimes a good whipping accomplishes more than an inspiring speech, causing fleeing Gnolls to rally automatically.

Gnolls are so hyperactive and agitated that they are continuously moving around even when doing nothing. This results in the Packlashers having a dodging ability for use against attacks.

All Packlashers are experts in sneaky strategies, often preparing ambushes and leading raids deep inside enemy territory, and so they gain Advanced Deployment along with a unit of Gnolls accompanying them.
